Basement Remodel - 2004-2005
Started with an empty basement with cement walls and floors
Framed, Wired, Plumbed, Insulated, Dry-walled, Finished, Painted
Cut Concrete floor and put in drains
Custom Cabinets, Custom Bar, Full Bathroom and more lighting then anyone should ever need!
Finishing time, over one year. Working on it 4 to 6 times a month. (Owner was in no hurry So I used it as a filler job.)
This project would take about 2 months with the right money and crew.
In the middle of framing, dry-walling, wiring, plumbing etc.
The Bar and Basement are Done!
